As a former program coordinator for the American Heart Association, Southeastern PA Chapter, I learned a lot of very profound things. I used to give lecture tours, and screen for High Blood Pressure, and ECA's (Electro-Cardio-****ysis) with a field level piece of equipment.
I am not a doctor, or even a trained medical professional, but rather someone who has spent a lifetime, enthralled with all things healthy. My approach is common sense. When I talk to people about health issues, it is interesting to see their reactions, especially to the more profound things that I have found to really work. This will definitely be one of my pet forums.
